What is your Cancellation Policy?


Your appointments are important to our Cloud9 Beauty Bar Team. We hold appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide us with a 24-hour notice. We understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency. Please, call if you think you might be late; we would rather know as early as possible so we can do our best to fit you in without upsetting the flow of our day! If last-minute cancellations or no shows become a habit, we reserve the right to not fulfill your requests for future appointments with Cloud9 Beauty Bar.




What is your Polish Guarantee?


If your polish chips within 5 days of your service, call and make an appointment to have your polish redone at no cost to you. The appointment must be made within the 5-day time period.




What form of Payment do you Accept?


We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Tips cannot be added to your credit card, please kindly bring cash when you come in.




Do you allow a Grace Period?


Clients will generally be allowed a 15-minute grace period. After that time, we will automatically cancel your appointment and we will consider you a walk-in and give you the next available slot. If you do not arrive within the 15-minute grace period, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged 50% of your service.




Are Children allowed in the Salon?


Due to Covid-19 children are only permitted in the salon when having a service done. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS APPRECIATED!
